Omg absolutely love it there. The air was clean. Staff service is wonderful and we happily tipped them. No issues with english as they have a lovely lady who speaks excellent English. Their breakfast was good too especially the boat noodles and OMG they have the best carrot cake I've ever tasted. Their special egg hotplate meal is a good try also. Rooms are clean and spacious. Toilets are amazing. Comes with complimentary snacks. We had the top floors rooms. Had to climb stairs and a small maze to reach the rooms but it was worth it. Would love to come back again.

What a great lovely place for a Christmas gathering with friends for me last year. The hotel is nice & clean. The decoration during Christmas was like a winter in wonderland. The service was 10/10 even when we arrived at the hotel super late night but still received kind & friendly service. Thank you K.Sorn for such a great experienced here.😊

The design of the hotel and the room is fantastic! The rooms are beautiful with complimentary minibar. But some facilities in the room need a little maintenance. For example the shower head will not stop leaking water the whole time we stayed there. The pool is wonderful, really makes you feel like you are swimming in a creek in a forest. The restaurant is ok, steak is over cooked and calamari seems not so fresh. One most noteworthy thing is that we have left one of our Cartier ring behind and right before we left the parking lot the staff came chase us down and return the ring to us! This alone deserves absolutely five stars and above. We appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the people who work there. Will definitely recommend others to stay!!!!

The aesthetic of the hotel , layout and location are good room but more improvement can be done, some noise from upstairs , try to book and avoid level 2 room. Shower sometime change from hot and cold, aircon can be not stable also . Nice bed comfortable, free minibar. Probably better in december when it’s cooler and can walk around to explore all the grounds , the magical forest , etc. Service is great. Probably amenities too small, it could be bigger or more, surely not an issue because we can always request more. Just at thought

We stayed 2 nights at Deluxe room last week. The front desk officers were so friendly on our check in as well as check out. We (adults and kids) enjoyed their brekfast buffet as there were variety of choices. Kids enjoyed pancake and waffle with honey. Encountered one unfriendly face on our way out to the pool for the first time. Overall, it was a great two nights stay for us.

kỳ diệu, mộng mơ, cổ tích. ❤️Khách sạn đậm chất nghỉ dưỡng, retreat. Cách Bangkok khoảng 1 giờ xe chạy, thời tiết thanh mát, tỉnh này còn hoang sơ, ít khách du lịch nước ngoài biết đến. ❤️Khách sạn chia nhiều khu, nhiều loại phòng khác nhau. Tuy nhiên số lượng phòng có hạn, nên đặt trước. ❤️Khách sạn thiết kế rất sang trọng, kiến trúc, nội thất rất hoàn hảo và theo chủ để cổ tích. Phòng mình ở thì đi vào khu vườn mê cung để đến được, một trải nghiệm đúng vi diệu. Phòng rộng thoáng sạch, theo màu trắng đen chính của khách sạn. Có ban công, có cửa sổ view sân cỏ xanh rờn. 🐇Khách sạn có đầy đủ khu: sân vườn, hồ bơi,… chỗ nào cũng đầu tư hình ảnh không chê vào đâu được. Có khu vườn gương cũng rất ấn tượng đặc biệt. Đến khách sạn ở là vừa thanh tịnh mà còn nhiều hình đẹp nữa. 🥗Đồ ăn thức uống trong khách sạn luôn luôn xinh xẻo có nhiều hoa lá đầy màu sắc để trang trí, nhìn thôi đã thấy ngon miệng. ➡️Tóm lại: trải nghiệm vô cùng tuyệt vời 💯 rất khuyên để ai muốn làm chuyến retreat thì nên đến thử nha. #KhaoYai #Thailand #Hotel #ThemeHotel #JessicaReview #HotelRoom

This is not four star hotel, and most of the facilities over rated Pros: Huge room (maybe because we upgrade and pay extra 2000 baht to get connecting room - we travel with kids) Wide selection and good breakfast Cons: Room smell very bad ( too much Mosquito Spray ) Air cond fan continously blow to head when sleeping ( there is no way to adjust ) Air cond either very cold or warm Towel already worn out Cleanliness of the room is questionable, especially inside toilet, lots of mold on the rolling curtain Concierge only available start from 7am On top of that the staff call us on purposely to look for shower gel bottle which they couldnt find inside the bathroom, what ??!!! And they will charge 450 bath for this. I asked to check one more time, and after that they call me again and found it. This is the first time in my life that hotel call to check on the shower gel bottle! This is really embarrassing

Beautiful property. Service is average, specially at the restaurant. Waitress we’re not welcoming. I didn’t expect too much. Feels like lack of training. |Bed is comfortable and soft and view is amazing. It’s worth to stay for few nights. |Overall experience is good
